Recently a company had a new CEO who wanted to communicate the new strategy in detail. The Company scheduled a special conference call with the investor community on 6/27/18. This was very efficient and cost-effective way to get the new (or not-so-new) tenants of the new CEO’s strategy communicated to the Street.
Not quite a full investor day, but definitely in that category.
It was first mentioned on the 1Q earnings call on 4/25/18. Included here is the press release which formally announced the call (5/15/18) and the press release about the call on 6/27/18.
There is also a presentation on the IR website of the company, but it includes only photos and video. Plus, it is password protected and not shareable. Check out the company website to take a look.
