How does cancellation work?
Canceling your subscription is easy. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and account user name. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the month of cancellation. For example, if you cancel on June 2, you will have access for the rest of June and you will be cancelled effective July 1. If you cancel on June 29, you will have access for the rest of June and you will be cancelled effectively July 1.
I’d like to upgrade my subscription to Interactive All-Access to take advantage of the additional benefits, is that possible?
Yes. First, log in with your existing account information, then visit the Subscribe page and go through the process of subscribing to the Interactive All-Access plan.
How do I connect with an IR expert to discuss an issue, topic or need?
You have access to a professional IR executive expert to bounce questions off of and to get quick steering on a topic. Anything you need, this is your IR firm on call. Please follow the prompts above within the “Support” section.
How do I request a research project or something I need (but cannot find)?
If you have the Interactive Subscription option and are looking for a resource, but cannot find it within The Barn, you have the ability to request it as part of your monthly subscription fee. Just use the prompt within the “Support” section and we will let you know the timing of completion.
