New for companies as of 12/31/17, was the disclosure of the CEO Pay Ratio. Here is our 3rd Annual review of CEO Pay Ratio for fiscal 2019. We looked at 100 companies this year and our analytics has 193 company ratios in total. It may take awhile for the Street to fully appreciate the information, but there are certainly some trends. This is good info to share with your HR colleagues.
