Here is a list of all company proposals for a sample size of 100 companies reviewed in 2020 across a broad group of industries. See the most common proposals and some unique ones. Note: Of the 100 companies, the average number of proposals was 3.7, which was up slightly 0.2 from 2019.
The Big 3 still dominate – directors, accounting firm and advisory comp. Interestingly, 4% of companies did not put their exec comp up for an advisory vote.
