Here is a list of all company proposals for a sample size of 136 companies reviewed in 2019 across a broad group of industries. See the most common proposals and some unique ones. Note: Of the 136 companies, the average number of proposals was 3.5, which was nearly 0.3 lower than 2018.
The Big 3 still dominate – directors, accounting firm and advisory comp. Interestingly, 8% of companies did not put their exec comp up for an advisory vote.
