This is particularly helpful if you have variability in voting on any standard proposals or on compensation-related agenda items. You can identify trends and also post this summary on your IR website in the spirit of pure transparency.

- Consider adding notes to each agenda item to provide additional useful information. For instance, you can cite the last time there was an increase in the authorized number of shares as investors will be concerned about dilution. Or, remind the investment community of what strides were taken to the extent you had a low approval level for say-on-pay.
