Transparency – Google Example WSJ

Transparency is of significant importance to your credibility.  Here is a Sept 2015 article in the WSJ about a small tweak by Google which made a significant difference in perception from the investment community.

As always, put yourself in the shoes of the other side.  If you were meeting with a company that was secretive and did not share non-proprietary or non-competitive information.  Would you want to do business with them?  Would you invest your dollars?
