One of the least used marketing tools is to include a nice cover letter when sending out requested materials. Here is an example. Feel free to use this as a starting point, then custom it to make it scream your brand.
Keep in mind:
- Short and sweet – try to keep to one page
- If you have a near-term event coming up, include it here (i.e. earnings release, investor day, conferences, etc.)
- Assuming you dont send many, consider signing each individually
